One of many customers we’ve helped out over the last week! We’ve been inundated with calls and messages and we try our best to respond and help as quickly as we possibly can! It’s been hectic to say the least!

We’ve had a lot of calls regarding having no hot water or heating. Here’s some things to try for yourself forst before panicking…… I know some may not seem manageable with cost of heating and bills but could save a disaster!

❄️ Partially or fully frozen pipes - no hot water - leave tap on and use a hairdryer/electric heater/hot towel around pipes under the sink.

🥶 leave tap trickling water to allow water to constantly move through the pipes and prevent freezing.

❄️ turn off water supply to outside taps and leave them open to prevent freezing/ burst pipes.

🥶 If no heating could be frozen condensate pipe (small pipe outside where boiler is) try pouring hot water over pipe to defrost.

❄️ Keep heating thermostat on at a low temp through day and night.

Remember our own Bathroom we ripped out during covid?

We extended the size of our bathroom by knocking through into the built in wardrobe in the bedroom next to the bathroom. This allowed us to create the space for our beautiful walk in shower featuring a rainfall shower with a hand held shower and LED lit ‘dookits’

A big fav THE SLIPPER BATH 😍 with a floor standing tap and hand held shower hose also with a LED lit ‘dookit’

A Bluetooth LED mirror above a floating vanity sink which also has LED lights underneath, a close coupled back to wall pan with flush button and a chrome towel rail.

It’s one of our favourite rooms in the house and a very popular room when taking selfies 📸
