As I've had a few new followers recently I thought I'd say hello!

I'm Katie and I'm the soul behind Anakashara Art - Healing - Meditation.

I create channelled spiritual healing art.

This means I connect with spirit to bring healing and activations through my art.

As I was typing this post I found it developing into what will be the beginning of a personal blog. Not sure right now how this blog will elvolve but I trust it will become exactly what it needs to become.

The Process (30/09/2024)

This past year has taken me on a deep dive into clearing the blockages around my authenticity, my creativity, my self worth and self validation. I've found my own unique way to connect with spirit and light language and through trusting the divine flow of energy that is within each of us and all around us I have discovered that I can channel this healing, guidance and wisdom into art.

I struggle with several health conditions and this can greatly hamper my ability to create. There are days when just getting out of bed and getting dressed is a huge challenge and is all that I manage to achieve.
This last year particularly has taught me so much patience, compassion, acceptance, love and understanding for myself. Previously I would get extremely frustrated when I'd try to draw or paint and on that day I was unable to even carry out the simple act of holding a pencil or paintbrush. I'd become angry if I'd started a project but a few minutes into the creation process, pain, spasms and weakness would mean I couldn't continue.
I allowed pity and despair to swallow me. I sunk into a depressive, self deprecating black hole where I'd long for the old me to return and hate who and what I had become. This state of mind fed the physical afflictions. I was a victim and without being aware I'd imprisoned myself within this vicious cycle.
Eventually I thankfully realised I was the only one who could break myself out of this self imposed cage and I began to work on my spiritual wellbeing which slowly but surely over a period of years this began to positively impact my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Finding spiritual awareness, healing yourself, acknowledging your own part in your suffering and taking accountability for that isn't an easy journey but it is the most worthwhile journey anyone can make.
I was also able to release attachment to the old versions of myself and welcome, love and celebrate every part of the me I am in this present moment (there is a whole blog for this process waiting to be written!)

After being nudged by spirit to reawaken my creativity last year I realised that it wasn't just the positive high vibrational emotions that are part of the creation process, but the negative emotions were also part of this. In fact these negative lower vibrational emotions are the vital essence of the medicine and healing that my art brings.
I realised I needed to sit with all the emotions good and bad and hear, feel, learn and understand what they needed to teach me.
I finally understood I needed to sit with these emotions and listen to the guidance and wisdom being imparted, I needed to open myself up to recieve the healing and upgrades being sent, because if I didn't feel every part of this then it couldn't channel through me into the art and be medicine for and heal the souls of others.

I've finally learnt that there is so much to be received in the periods I can't physically create and this is what makes the periods when I can create so much more magical.

Every piece I work on takes me on a journey and it is this process of creation and stillness that make each piece such a powerful healing tool for not only myself but to those who my art speaks to.

I never know what is going to materialise when I begin a new piece, I just know spirit calls me and that I need to tune in and become the channel.

I often get the 'heads up' a piece of art is waiting to be channelled when I am in my usual morning meditation process. Other times and more often recently, I have this internal knowing that spirit is wanting to collaborate.
Once I know that I need to connect fully and create I will either meditate or journey, sometimes with my drum, other times I may chant or I will listen to healing frequency music (Chantress Seba is a favourite of mine at present)
When I've made the connection to spirit I just allow and trust that whatever comes through is exactly what is needed for myself and for whoever the art eventually reaches. The minute I make the first brush stroke the person or person's who recieve this arts medicine is already determined. They will find it exactly when they need it.

I usually begin by painting lights codes on the canvas/paper. These are sometimes painted with a dry brush, sometimes in water othertimes in paint. Light language usually channels through me vocally too. This is the foundation of the medicine and healing. Then the image begins to build, I just know what I need to paint.
A piece can take weeks to be complete. I might only complete a small part of a picture and then I won't touch it for days or a week or more. I've learnt that this is when I must be still, tune in and listen as this is when the healing comes for me, it is when I recieve the medicine from spirit. Other times a piece can be created in a couple or days.
When working on a piece I find I often recieve messages in dreams or I awaken in the middle of the night because I'm being given healing from spirit - I know this because I experience the same sensations and see the same images I experience when I'm being given healing by another human when I'm awake!. I've even woke up being sent light code downloads, one time I woke up and I was writing light language in the air with my fingers!

I simply trust the process and lean into the knowing that everything is happening exactly as it should be.

I know when a piece is completed and I feel it is important to write a little paragraph about each piece and the intention and energy behind it.

Each time someone connects with my art on a soul level I get goosebumps. I feel so incredibly humbled each and everytime someone chooses a piece of my art to display. I love that the intention and energy behind each piece will radiate through into the space it is placed and into each and every soul who looks at it.

I have so much grattitude for my journey this far as it is every moment good and bad that has led me to finding my gift and I'm so blessed to be able to share it with the world.

I'm not sure how often I will blog or when the next one will be but I fully trust that I will know when the time is right.

In the meantime I will continue to share my art and my medicine.

This piece came with this message - “We are the manifestation of all those who came before us”


Our lives today (especially as women) were mere dreams of those who paved the way for us, of those who came before us, of all our collective ancestors. Some of which they could never have even dreamed of or fathomed could be possibilities.

This piece contains powerful light codes which will support all of us in healing the scars of repression, the scars imposed upon both women and men by the outdated patriarchal society we have lived in and been controlled by for far too long.

This piece is about releasing the outdated and toxic control tactics used by the patriarchy to pit us women against each other in a bid to control us and make us meek, malleable, passive and obedient. It will ignite the fire within you to build a new world where we will be safe and free to be the authentic, creative, strong, courageous, spiritual, sensual, loving, clever, liberated, unbound, magnificent, magical beings that we truly are at the core of our essence.

This piece has come into being because now is the time to spark the desire and find the pure joy in being a WOMAN WHO SUPPORTS AND RAISES UP OTHER WOMEN!

All our ancestors’ energetic codes of light poured through me into this piece. The spirits of women of all nations of our earth and the males who celebrate us for the innate beautiful beings we are.

"Remembering Lemuria"

For this piece I channelled the most beautiful lemurian being of light.

The light codes and images on this piece are to awaken the remembering that our heaven is within us, within our hearts, within our bodies and within our souls. We must remember that all we need to do is focus our attention on the heaven inside and not be distracted by what is happening outside of us.
We create our own reality. When we hold the frequency of heaven inside, heaven is reflected in our reality outside, in our lives.

This piece radiates oneness, community, one-love, the calling in of our soul family, our rainbow warrior tribe.

Lemurians had such a deep honouring of the earth and all it's beings. This piece will strengthen your own personal connection to the earth.

This piece will awaken your own unique and amazing talents and allow you to feel the confidence and inner strength to share these talents with the world for the good of everyone.

This piece is focused on the healing and growth of your heart centre. The lemurians live through their hearts to connect and live in oneness, in unity, in peace, harmony and with compassion for all.

Lemurians were guardians of the earths sacred waters and the dolphin presented itself in this piece bringing healing and transformation to support us in developing our communication with others and with our own intuition. To remind us the importance of teamwork, community, unity and oneness. To ignite our playfulness, our joy, and our inner strength. To help us be in harmony within ourselves and with the earth.

This piece has been a few months in the making. It has taken me on an epic journey of self discovery, transformation and growth.

I feel like I worked through each direction of the Q'ero medicine wheel whilst working on this piece.

The serpent Sachamama of the south
Mother sister Jaguar Ontorango of the west
Humming bird, the seer, Sewar Kanti of the north
The sage the mighty condor and eagle Apunchin of the east.

Honoring our own sacred connection with the earth and the elements, the sun, the moon and the star nations.

This piece is calling us home, to our hearts, to our purest essence, the most sacred parts of ourselves, in doing so we understand the oneness of all that is and ever was and will be.

The aftermath of creativity!

The piece I'm currently working on has taken me on such a journey!

Can't wait to share it with you all. Only a few finishing touches left to do.....

I have spent some time away visiting my mum, so haven't done much in the way of painting.
However I did make this scarecrow . Where my mum lives they hold a scarecrow trail and competition every summer.
Making one has become a little summer tradition.

The theme was Disney.

This piece has been my absolute favourite to paint so far. The being of light that I channelled to create this gave me so much healing and upgrades through vocal channelling of light language✨️ whilst we worked together ❤️. It was a beautiful experience.

This piece is a reminder that everything we ever needed and ever will need is inside of us.

Connecting us to all that is and ever was and will be.

I feel the divine feminine frequencies of nurturing, gentleness, surrender, allowing, flow, compassion, tenderness, receptivity, creativity, sensuality, sensitivity, vulnerability, imagination, intuition, openness, community, empathy, connection, and love flooding into my entire being every time I look at this piece.

It will be a great addition to any healing space.

Esepcially any space that needs to bring in more of the divine feminine frequencies mentioned above.

Ussed for an altar or any healing work this piece would support healing work directed at mother/witch wounds, womb healing or for a greater connection to the divine feminine.

It will radiate the perfect nurturing and healing vibrations needed when used on the central altar of a sharing/talking circle (even more special when used for a womans circle)

I had a little co creator working with me today! My niece is a budding lil artist. I need a studio with more space as not enough room on my dining table.

Good evening to all you beautiful souls🥰

My life has taken a bit of a different direction of late and I've been called to create.
I've found a new gift of creating art by channelling spirit. These beautiful beings of light have been connecting with me and channelling light language and light codes through me which I infuse into my art work.
Although I am still very much a healer, my art is something that coexists much more harmoniously with my health, so I've been spending more time and energy on this different type of healing and creating these art pieces with chanelled light language and light codes. The healing frequencies and energies of the light codes come through the images and into your physcial and energy bodies as well as the space where the artwork is located.
I am also taking on commissions from individuals who have asked me to connect and channel unique one off light language art to assist with their specific intentions and healing needs.

As I already had a page set up I thought it made sense to use this for my art.
The name change is in honour of one of my guides. Anakashara, she nudged me to start on this voyage of channelled art and continues to offer me protection, guidance and channel her beautiful light codes and light language through me.

'Leaving it all behind' - Fia

🕯Imbolc🕯 Blessings 🙏 beautiful souls.

After a beautiful solo drumming session in my garden, I sat in the chill of this first of February afternoon to carry out an Imbolc meditation, where I journeyed with the Cailleach.
To return from my journey, the Cailleach told me I could not return the way I entered as I am to only move forward never backwards.
In order for me to return, I had to release fear and trust. I was to step into her fire and walk onwards back to my body.
I opened my eyes after walking through her fires flames to see the sky ablaze.

I had some huge revelations on my journey with the Cailleach and to see the clouds lit up in these firey colours was only confirmation that what I uncovered today, that lost, forgotten part of myself, is ready to be welcomed back, acknowledged, heard, felt, loved back to wholeness and healed.

Reflect on the past 20 days and the growth you have experienced.

I don't know about you but I can really feel a difference in my mindset and thought process. I've been challenging any unhelpful, negative thought before the thought fully forms and I've then reframed that thought to be positive.
I've also felt this challenge has helped me notice when I'm being judgmental of myself and others which I have also then challenged.

All in all these past 21 days using the affirmations and journal prompts has been a time for some deep self analysis, personal growth and understanding.
