So here's the lovely Tracy she's absolutely taken control of her first 21 day challenge of 2024! And what a great start she has given herself for the year ahead 💪💪

Simple changes lead to massive results, theres no magical trick its just real simple.......just be consistent 🫶

Snack Idea
Stuffed cucumbers with prawns /cream cheese or chicken & hummus 😋
GET WALKING
Look to increase your daily step count by 2000-3000 steps. Working out at the gym is great and an important part of your fitness journey, but getting your steps in is a great way to ensure you are active throughout the day. Walking is also good for our mental health.
BE IN A CALORIE DEFICIT & TRACK
Use an online calorie counter to work out your daily deficit calories. It’s not particularly accurate but will give you a good starting place. Nothing extreme, somewhere between 250-500 calories. Once you have the figures, use MyFitnessPal to track your calories.
UP YOUR PROTEIN
Most of us don’t consume enough protein, and it’s a great way to build and repair muscle (alongside strength training), but most importantly it’s extremely satiating. It will help you feel fuller for longer and help combat unnecessary snacks and cravings.
STRENGTH TRAIN
You don’t have to spend hours in the gym to see results. Strength train 3 x a week for 30-45 mins CONSISTENTLY following an effective strength training programme (for 3x a week, I recommend a full body split), and you will see and feel the changes.
SLEEP
Sleep is so underrated when it comes to health and fitness and especially if you have a fat loss goal.
Not getting enough sleep will affect your hormones. You’ll have lower energy levels, you’ll crave more sugary, higher fat foods, and you are more likely to overeat and move less. Rest is so important. Aim for at least 7 hours of QUALITY sleep a night.

Lets talk 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 💪
If your training in the gym or doing an exercise class or running, football, rugby etc and your not using a recovery protein shake after your workout 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 big time!
Its so important to help your muscles repair and recover and grow hence why we need some good protein to put back into our bodies 💪
I dunno about you but I've tried a few different protein shakes over the past few years, and I find they all dont taste very nice 🤮 or they are chalky in texture 🤮
