The saying “what you focus on expands” means that the more attention and energy you give to something, the more it will grow and become a larger part of your life. If you focus on negative thoughts and emotions, they will become more prominent so the opposite is true if you focus on positive thoughts and actions, they will become more prevalent in your life and improve your outlook and experiences. Essentially, what you give your attention to will grow and become a bigger part of your reality.
