Hi everyone I know you’re all celebrating Halloween today but thought I’d share my first post for Christmas 🎅🏼

I’ll be posting more regularly over the next few weeks, with details of what will be on the menu this Christmas.

First up is a biscuit advent calendar 📅- these will be available for 1st December and each decorated biscuit will be individually wrapped to maintain freshness until the big day 🎅🏼

There are 25 biscuits, one for each day from 1st to the 25th.

Cute sheet cake for a roller skating mad 8year old’s birthday. Vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream & handmade fondant sugarpaste decoration.

Quick post today- as most of you know I also work full time as well as bake and yesterday we held a Macmillan coffee morning.

Of course I had to take something so I whipped up a coconut sheet cake with mango flavour buttercream and a box of scrummy NYC chocolate chip cookies.

Needless to say they all went!!
