Back in 2020 /2021 social media was a great way to get business out there 😊... Obvs 😂

But times are moving on and the interaction and support becomes harder 🙈... As do the thoughts of new ways to get said support and interaction 😳

So from the end of May (this month) this page will cease 😩

I have my lovely regulars, my dips in some times and my past toe tryers 😉... Always hoping for new moments along the way 🤞

I will be on the end of a WhatsApp, text or messenger for updates and enquiries... But the page will be gone 😊

Soooo... Food balance ⚖️

I love food 😍 I love flavours and it's just a bit of reviewing and planning 📔

This morning I had the gorgeous thick blueberry 🫐 banana and date 🍌 smoothie

Lunch with a friend which has to be a bacon butty and a cuppa ☕... Probably approx 188 calories 😊

And a tea of fish 🐠 potatoe/Chorizo and mixed veg 🥦🫛🥕

I am the worst for planning a week but I can plan a day once I'm up and in the mode 👍

Shifts can really upset that balance ⚖️ so on normal days I really enjoy reining it back in 😊

Don't sweat the small stuff.... The steps and mindfulness make such a difference 😘 xx

It might be cold 🥶 and wet ☔ outside... But it's like the Med in here 😍

During winter I truely believed lemon 🍋 honey 🍯 and ginger 🫚 in hot water helped my throat, chest and cold symptoms 🤧

Going to continue with the lemons 🍋 through spring as know they have so many good properties 😍

As well as all the health benefits 💪 it is a natural energiser, hydrates and oxiginates the body 💞

Inexpensive and loving the lemon 🍋 sliced and squeezed in a glass of cold water 😘 xx

Did anyone watch the 'Great British menu' this year? 😊

I've been fascinated with Kirk Haworth and his plant based "amazing" foods 😋 and his story to healing his body after serious illness 😐

I'm definitely going to try make a few of his recipes, including the cacao rhubarb pud 😍 but for now it is a simple black cherry (plant based) ice cream 🍒🍦... Churned and freezing 💕

An absolute must of a planned restaurant visit (Plates) for a huge treat when he opens 😁

Inspired to build this more in to the lifestyle going forward 😘 xx

Don't know about you but I still love overnight oats 😋

Well.... I seem to have dissappeared for a month 🙈🤣

But I'm back after a lot of reflection and soul searching 🔎... Took my head back out of the sand 🦤

I realised that I'm there for many but hadn't attended to myself 🙈

4 years ago I found myself in a downward health and wellbeing moment and I feel I have not been far off there again 🙄
