Copying some lovely inside work from Mondays session! 🔥It’s dark, cold and miserable out there at the moment. Normal to not feel like you’re super motivated to be down the gym. But I would say that at a a time where there’s not much sunlight or time to go outside, it’s more a reason to give yourself the best fighting chance of feeling happy with yourself. Few more weeks and then we’ll have a small break over Christmas ready to smash the last part of the season. All seasons still running as normal Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6pm - £5 pay as you go or £6 on contactless. Saturday 9am. Lovely walk this morning as we joined @trainingcave ‘s community walk! Jack organises these on the last Sunday of every month, you don’t need to have boxed / be a boxer / even attend a gym - just a chance to meet up and get some fresh air amongst some great views and great people. Looking forward to the next one!

What an atmosphere tonight again!! So much talent coming though in both sessions. Great vibe, everyone helping each other out, proper community feel! Can't stress enough, boxercise classes are one thing, but why not get the best of both worlds in our general sessions? Technique and fitness together. Ran by coaches with competitive boxing experience, affiliated to our national governing body...all DBS checked and spent the time being actively being assessed on ACTUAL boxing courses no some online qualification. We take people with no experience and can teach you how to box & get fit whilst providing a fun & engaging learning environment. Support local grass roots boxing gyms who do it for the love of the sport and help young people find a passion and teaching them valuable life skills. It's about more than boxing and that's something you won't find from other big corporates franchise gyms. General sessions 6pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 6pm £5 pay as you go! Great session again tonight. Had a right atmosphere in the gym recently! What a start to 2022, loads of genuinely lovely people helping each other out, learning & getting fit in the process. What more can you want as a coach? Boxing sessions open to the general public Monday Wednesday & Friday at 6pm. 12 years+ £5 per session pay as you go.
What a session tonight! Great atmosphere, boxers helping out people who are brand new. Really great atmosphere & again, loads & loads of effort. Finishing with a race, where if you win you get your money back, seems to have really spurred on our general session members for some reason 🤣 Top work! 🥊 Also had our kids class on at 5pm tonight and had a great time!
