Some of you may remember my “little” Lewis who has been in my life for the past 7 years 🩵

I met Lewis when he was only 8, the first time I ever cut Lewis’ hair it took me over an hour. Lewis has autism & has always struggled to allow anyone to touch his head let alone cut his hair, but with years of consistency, patience & incredible bond building we can now cut his hair with the clippers AND scissors & have our monthly catch up in 15 minutes 🫶🏽
I felt that I needed to share these photos today to show not only that he now absolutely towers over me at 15 😂 but how my work isn’t just being a ‘hairdresser’ sometimes and how rewarding my job really is ✨
I couldn’t ever imagine not seeing Lewis & his wonderful family regularly & appreciate them always trusting me 🤍
