Eid al-Adha will be on Monday 17th June 2024

There will be two jamaats the first being at 08:00 & the second at 09:30.

We request people living nearby to walk, those further away, please car share.
When parking, please be considerate of the Masjid’s neighbours.

Alhamdulillah, All Praise is due to Allah,

Jamia Masjid al-Haramain held a second Jumu’ah jamaat for the first time.

A key reason for the second Jamaat being held in English is to engage the community & help connect the youth to the Masjid.

We encourage all parents to bring along their children to our second Jumu’ah which is intentionally held around 30-45 mins after school finishes, giving parents & children sufficient time to make their way to the Masjid.

Please try to come as early as possible because Imam Osman starts his English speech at 15:30.

We hope to see even more youngsters next week!

Welcome to the new official page of Jamia Masjid al-Haramain, Ings Road, Heckmondwike.

After community feedback, starting on the 14th of June 2024 and throughout the summer months we will have a second Jumu’ah with our new English Speaking Imam and Head of the Madrassah, Imam Osman Ali.

The second Jumu’ah will be commencing from Friday the 14th of June with an English speech at 15:30 and the Khutbah starting at 16:00.

We hope the later time will cater to the needs of the community and provide an alternative to school students, working professionals, English speakers and anyone else who may miss or not be able to attend the first Jumu’ah.
