Had a really cool conversation with one of our followers on Instagram today..

A former military guy who was prone to stress and burnout..

For the past few years he started to get into Breathwork and cold water therapy to help him..

He started using it for recovery from Jiu Jitsu but the benefits didn't stop there..

Not only was he becoming better physically, he was finding that mentally he was improving as well..

However when he then started to talk about mindfulness stuff around some of his Jiu Jitsu guys he found he got some funny looks..

But he's totally cool that and he's not put off as he can see the benefit to his an the lives of those around him..

And I get it..

A few years back now when I decided to go totally sober, it wasn't just about not drinking anymore, it was about becoming emotionally sober too, and living my absolute best life..

So when I started talking about meditation or Breathwork to improve your life, some were inspired and some thought I was mad..

and thats ok..

All I ever need to think about is whether I'm ok..

And if that stuff works for me then everything else will be ok too..

I'm absolutely passionate about this stuff, as it transforms lives..

I'd much rather be in a position today to be able to guide someone through this stuff and be proud of it..

If it helps one person then job done..

This is why it's so important to reach out to other guys out there that are tired of feeling stuck..

That are tired of being their own worst enemy

And that are ready to live a better quality life that brings fulfilment by your standards..

In the New year we will be starting our ver first Breakfast with the boys..

This will be a chance for guys to get together, do something physically rewarding, followed by some powerful breathwork, meditation and cold water therapy..

We want to create a strong brotherhood that stand for quality of lives for themselves and those around them

It'll be something truly unique..
