Some lovely feedback from our clients that have just moved into their new home. Having moved out of London, our clients were renting in the area, but were still struggling to find the perfect home. After a year of searching on their own our clients turned to Surrey HomeSearch to help them with their property search. A busy week of previewing properties in the Horsley/Bookham/Ripley area for clients looking to relocate to Surrey - which culminated in a full day of viewings with our clients yesterday. Unfortunately yesterday was a wash out weather-wise, so the lovely views we saw on preview (captured in the photos and videos for our clients) just weren’t quite the same, but we think if you still love a house on a rainy day, then maybe just maybe it’s a keeper!

A fab orientation day with new clients yesterday. New to the Surrey area, we enjoyed showing them some of the beautiful villages Surrey has to offer.

It was lovely to see so many volunteers out on the Village Green helping to build the Chiddingfold bonfire ready for the fireworks display on Sat 4th November.

We worked closely with our clients to identify the best areas for their search, drilling down into what would work best for their family. Knowing the area well we could advise on commute times, school bus routes, proximity to amenities and which villages/areas might provide the lifestyle they were craving. After pre-viewing a number of properties on their behalf, we were first through the door into their stunning new property - and it really was love at first sight ❤️
