Yesterday we ran Englands strongest man U105kg. The day was a great success and before we do a full competition post we would just like to take the time to the people who make it happen.

Thank you to all 15 athletes for putting on a display of strength for Doncaster town centre. It was a red hot energy sapping day but the standard set by you all was through the roof.

What a fantastic day in Doncaster today every athlete was on top form even an attempt at a world record for the U80kg category. The vans are still in one piece so we will be back at work on Tuesday.
