Old way vs new way
7 years ago, I found myself in the worst shape of my life after I rebounded hard off the back of a 16 week diet..
I learnt the hard way
Over restriction ultimately lead to overconsumption
Eating the same thing day in day out,
Not missing a beat.
Weighing out my broccoli to the gram.
If it was 1 gram over I wouldnāt have it.
I looked lean and great but felt awful..
I was constantly turning down invites to go out and socialise with friends..
Soon after, everything went upside down..
I was drinking more and my training fell off a cliff..
Gaining all the body fat I lost back plus interest
I remember looking at a picture of myself and not liking what I was looking at
Eventually everything came to a head.
Enough was enough.
This was a big turning point
I then went on to drop 20kg of unwanted body fat
This time around it was different
I didnāt have to live out of tupperware..
I could socialise with friends
Have meals with loved ones
I felt in control
This was the exact moment my online coaching programme was formed

has officially now dropped 44kg. His results this year have been nothing short of world class. Weāre on track to surpass 100lbs+ loss within the next couple of weeks. Heās feeling great whilst living life at the same time !
Life changing.
Graham has now lost 10kg of body fat. Heās feeling mega whilst still enjoying meals out. Heās stronger than ever and feeling great in clothes.
Lucas has now dropped over a stone of body fat also. Heās looking leaner and tighter by the week. Still socialised, had meals out and even a stag do in between ! You donāt have to wait for perfect conditions

When I broke my jaw and had to deal facial paralysis for just over half a year I decided to step away from all I knew for 13 years..
I lost direction, discipline and things went downhill..
At the time I was still training in the gym but I was drinking more on the weekends and my eating habits werenāt great.
I was packing on more body fat and things were slipping.
I remember this picture being taken on New Yearās eve and it was a big wake up call..
So what did I do?

I ended the cycles of cutting down only to put all the body fat back on plus interest.
