We love this time of year, we've been foraging, apples and rowan berries now made into a beautiful rowan jelly, no artificial preservatives or setting agent just the fruit and sugar in all its glory, oh and a small jar saved for chef !

And so it begins ! Our blackberry picking obsession, there's going to be some beauties, blackberry jam and bramble jelly here we come

Another batch of my Mediterranean chutney made,I've made lots of this one over the years.

That's the bulk of the prep done for my Mediterranean chutney, all done by hand, but it's worth it, it's one of my favourites.

Great news ! We are now back in Marsden, it's nice to be back! we've delivered an order today to the lovely Fresh n Fruity Marsden they have got a good selection of chutneys, sauces, jams and marmalade

And it's batch no 2 ,seville and ginger marmalade ,looking forward to my toast in the morning !!
