What glorious days we have been treated to these past few weeks. Picture perfect frosty mornings transforming into blue skies and golden sunshine. Mother Nature certainly presents plenty of free spectacles to lift spirits if we can only take a few moments to enjoy them.

Despite my deep rooted appreciation of mindfulness I can be the worst at getting wrapped up in my busy days without taking even a moment to be fully present.

We all need reminders to take time to take a breath and fully engage our senses to notice the here and now. Mine came this morning listening to a wonderful radio interview in which Professor Dacher Keltner explained the enormous health benefits in taking time out to find just two minutes of awe each day. Appreciating and experiencing the wonder in every day triggers the vagus nerve (beautifully positioned as experiencing the very essence of our soul) to flood our body with amazing chemistry to literally boost our health.

Awe is the powerful emotion most commonly associated with experiencing epic extraordinary. With a little focus you can find wonder in the smallest of everyday things to evoke the feeling of awe in you. And who doesn’t want that?!

We think our glorious scents are pretty awe-inspiring! Drawing from nature, many with pure essential oil properties to enhance your mood. Our mission is to help transform personal spaces, creating moments to thrive.
