Colourful start to the semester
DON'T FORGET THE COLOUR RUN ON WED 1st Oct - just come along to the lounge bar to register. £3 and the first 100 get a free white t-shirt to show off the colours.

New to Spin - come along to the free spin session for students. It's happening at 12 and 12.30 on Tuesdays (starting 30th). Half hour slots
Starting this Tuesday 30th from Trinity Fitness reception
Two running groups going out at 6pm
One for those who haven't run before or just starting back.
One for those who can manage 3-4 miles at a reasonable 8 -9min mile pace.
Led by Run England Leaders in Running fitness.
Just come to the seated areas in the Sports Centre reception.
Badminton starts back -
Tuesday 23rd Sept
1-2pm
In the sports hall
Equipment provided
Free for all - you do not need to be a Trinity Fitness member.

Golf social on 2nd October
Watch World class players in action at Leeds Trinity
Come to the squash courts on Thursday 8th May from 12 -1 to watch an exhibition match between world ranked no 6 - Jenny Duncalf and world ranked no 22 - Sarah Kippax. Plus Yorkshire players from the region.
It's free and there's a sandwich lunch for all spectators.

Afterwards there's coaching available 1 -2pm with level 2 coach , Katie Campion.
