We produced these recyclable and reusable tote bags for British contemporary lighting specialists @jadamsandco using 16oz organic cotton. The tote bags were printed in single colour (black) using the silkscreen process. Production details include a capacity gusset on the bag for extra internal space and surface stitched handles in matching cotton which extend over the front and back faces of the bag – stylishly secured with eye-catching brass rivets. This custom tote bag was finished with a branded polyester label stitched discreetly on the side. Progress recently worked with independent clothing brand @natalino.co across a range of packaging including these printed paper carrier bags and custom swing tags. We produced the custom carrier bags in two sizes using a bespoke FSC® approved 220g colour matched and texture-embossed paper. The custom carrier bag handles were made in a turnover top format with punched through holes to create the handle and closure. The printed bags were customised with the brand logo along with their prestigious London address in gloss black foil. To coordinate with the carrier bags these custom made swing tags were produced using two different uncoated papers. The swing tags were personalised with matching foil blocked logos before being die cut and strung with wax cotton cord. These hang tags complement the carrier bags to form an understated and stylish aesthetic which is perfectly in synch with their tailoring. Progress manufactured these custom carrier bags to reflect the simplicity, craft and visible engineering of the brands products. Manufactured in two sizes using an FSC® approved 220g white uncoated paper, the carrier bag printing was personalised using the logo of the brand in gloss black foil finish, full height on the front. The custom carrier bag handles were incorporated by folding over the top of the bags and die-cutting through the material to create a neat secure closure.
