Just when you thought that Sunday evening's couldn't get more wholesome, we're pleased to share that we will now be offering Cuppa Kindness tea's at our workshops, alongside treats as usual from Flour And Feast 🫖

Cuppa Kindness, by the super lovely Kitty, is a Hull based indie business offering mindful tea and magical moments. Her delicious blends are all handmade in the UK. The plastic free tea bags come in compostable packaging. Each one has a QR code that will take you to a positive message ❤️

We will have a different tea of the season on offer. For our January-March workshop programme you'll be treated to Hug in a Mug; a warming and comforting vanilla chocolate chai rooibos blend. Just want you need in the colder months ☕

The Alpaca is out of the bag!

Cuppa Kindness® will be trading at Alpaca Fest 2022 on Saturday 3rd September in North Cave at Ings Park Alpacas.

The event is only £2 entry for kids and £3 for adults. It's going to be a fun family day out just before school starts again.

Hello and welcome to Cuppa Kindness™, it’s so lovely to have you here!

I’m Kitty and I am on a mission to spread kindness like confetti and help as many people as possible access small, yet impactful moments of mindfulness and self care every day.

I’m a Yorkshire lass and I love nothing more than a good cup of tea and a chat. In the past couple of years I’ve been on quite the journey through big life events, career plot twists and a big dollop of learning about my own wellbeing and self care.

Cuppa Kindness is my new venture to create a kindness-led community and to provide accessible resources to anyone who wants to be kinder to themselves and to create more of a self care routine. Our packages can also be sent to a friend who might be having a tough time and be in need of a virtual hug, or just to let someone know you care - everyone loves a bit of happy post.

The best bit? All of the resources will be actionable within the time it takes to have a cup of tea. Yay!
