You guys guessed it!

We’ve had lots of messages throughout the day today and you were all right - WE ARE BACK! 🎉🎊🥳

We are so excited to tell you that our whisks and mixing bowls are back and have been handed over to our new baker! 👩🏼‍🍳

A new baker does not mean new brownies though guys! You will be pleased to know our secret recipe has been handed down and our brownie trays are still the same, fresh, gooey, chocolatey goodness they were before! 💕

Our order books will be back open Monday 📖 with Brownie pick-ups Saturday morning next week.

🌎 Where did Brownies come from?

The first brownie recipe to appear in print was in the 1896 Boston Cooking-School Cook Book, written by Fannie Farmer.

👩🏼‍🍳 Apparently she was baking a chocolate cake and forgot to add a vital ingredient; the baking powder. So, her chocolate cake didn’t rise. Instead of just throwing the cake in the bin, she cut it and served the flat pieces of cookie.
