🔙🚛 Reflecting on a pivotal moment in 2015! We collaborated with DAB Civils on a significant project, expanding DHL at Castle Donnington. Over three months, we efficiently managed the movement of a staggering 40,000m3 of material, requiring the daily engagement of 20 x 8w tippers—a record job for us to date.

This endeavor marked not only our largest project but also our inaugural venture into the sweeping domain, handling our first sweeper contract while overseeing this substantial project.

Aggrecom are looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter / semi skilled Mechanic to join our team based between our depots in Ilkeston and Alfreton, as well as on-site when required. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company, and the successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Tyre maintenance on all vehicles
2. Small maintenance on all vehicles
3. General yard duties and the running of a workshop.

The successful applicant will be provided with a company vehicle, as well as flexible working hours to suit the role.

We had a productive day touring various locations in the East Midlands to check out our current projects. From crushing and muckaway aggregates to roadsweepers, our team is fully equipped to take on any task!

Another successful project in the books! Our contracting team have worked hard and achieved yet another milestone - decommissioning a site compound in Leicestershire for a valued customer.

We are proud to announce that we have successfully completed a large earthmoving project in collaboration with Alliance Groundworks and Civils Limited over the last 8 weeks. 🗞️ BREAKING GROUND 🗞️ We have started a new job today in Derbyshire for a regular client. On this project we are stripping topsoil and making a temporary site car park plus site access.

Our on-site bulk earthworks project has commenced in Ilkeston for a local transportation company. On this project we are removing all oversized and waste materials from a 10,000m3 bund and relocating materials around site to make way for more valuable parking spaces.

With the rain dampening the mood it’s always nice to see two new Volvo Trucks FMX tippers joining the fleet. Don’t they look amazing 🤩 thanks to Brett Howton and the team for the great service.
