They nailed it THE HIGHLAND FLING BUNGEE JUMP IS DONE….absolutely brilliant day and Jaye , Carly & Laura you three girls are AMAZING and it was emotional and exciting to see you all push yourselves to do this in honour of your brothers Shaun, Ricki & Aaron 💙💙💙 and in honour of all the young lives gone too soon.

Grief will always be there, a sadness that you hold in your entire being. But when you look at grief through a different lens and know that your loved ones are very much alive and well and still right here, you can't help but feel a sense of joy. Then you can start to build on that joy and journey towards healing. I say this as a mother who lost a son and experienced the hardest grief we can endure. I can say this as a mother who has a son in the spirit world who is her greatest teacher and leads her to healing. I am the truth of knowing that there is an afterlife there is a spirit world we all go to. Every day Ricki and I communicate in some way. I hear from him more than anyone in the physical world! I feel his presence in my life.
All my loved ones, angels and guides are part of my life and I feel absolutely blessed.
The same is true for you. You are blessed Your loved ones are communicating with you through signs, synchronicities and messages you can become aware of with only an open heart and open mind to there being way more than just our material world. We will experience death but we cannot die.

Remember when you were that innocent child with no labels, no judgement and no expectations. You were just fully present. Look at your reflection in the mirror and feel only love for youself. Love for how far you've come, love for all the highs and lows that's made you who you are today. Love who you are on the inside, a divine soul, as well as loving the skin your in temporarily.

Sometimes we can get lost
Sometimes we can forget
Sometimes life feels empty and we go off chasing something to fill that void we feel.
Sometimes we think that void is filling up and making us happy, only to realise as time goes on it's not.
Sometimes a deep hurt can make us lose ourselves completely and we dont know how to get back to the life we knew. We can never be the same person again. We forget to love.
Sometimes those around us seem distant and we wonder why, not realising we are being distant and detached.
There are always going to be those sometimes in life, always going to be times of reflection, times we get it right and times we get it wrong. There are times we need to understand more and times we need to be understood. There are times we have good days and times we have bad days. We are all in this together. Use time wisely and always have time to love those that are in your life and create memories.

Say yes to those that reach out to you and sometimes you need to reach out to those that don't. Don't concern yourself with things that are teaching you to let go. Just be grateful for who and what you have before you want more. Think of life as an adventure, the fools journey of learning and discovery. When another layer peels away , what is revealed will always be another aspect of you to meet. It all starts with self and the deeper layers are only revealed when you are listening, accepting and open to the surrender of what you think you know. It is not the outcomes in your physical environment , it is the inner environment that determines your reality. Finding out who you really are is the greatest journey, not for the faint hearted but one your loved ones encourage because authenticity will mean you live your life with your heart fulfilled. The rose symbolises that beautiful connection to your own heart and to everyone else's.

I may not see you in the chair next to me but I feel your presence with me. I may feel the loss of you so deeply and I honour it but I feel the love more powerfully as you guide me on. I may at times forget the greatest gift of faith you have taught me and be overcome with each wave of pain in my heart , but I know you are there supporting me reminding me, so I don't fall. I may lose count of the tears that still fall but I know they could fill the ocean a trillion and more times yet still...you hand me a life line and say " I'm here". You may not be in that chair but i know you are alive and well. Time stops being an enemy, grief does become softer and life becomes meaningful again as you show me the magic and help me to experience the miracle of life that does continue...the universe is so much more than an empty chair, and you are my hero. I won't keep losing you I will keep listening to you.

Helping one person at a time is enough. If grief has taught me one thing ~ that I am a survivor. That I can heal. That I can reach out in some way to share a few words of truth that may help one person. Every day that's my intention. One person. And if we all do this then wow we are helping a lot of people. I am so grateful I have met a lot of people on my journey with this intention and some that are into drama and negatively just seem to fall away. I used to hang on and want to fix people but I learnt we all have what we need within ourselves. To help others realise they too have all they need ~ that's what's important.

There are many things you do so naturally ~ you know like second nature you don't even think about them. You don't expect anything in return or have the need to feel celebrated in some way. Your acts of kindness and compassion that you show anyone you meet, you have no clue how appreciated you are, even by the strangers you meet, even by those who aren't able to show it but do feel it. When you create a spark of light in one person it also has a ripple effect that that person will also pay that kindness forward, naturally. We can be so hard on ourselves and forget to focus on the light that is within us. Its really important to acknowledge the good that is within you and be proud of yourself. That in itself is something wonderful to share with others who need to feel that in themselves too.
