please note: if you are getting a piercing/ booked in and are under 16 you will need a PARENT/ LEGAL GUARDIAN with you in order to fill out all the consent forms and paperwork!
we will NOT pierce you if you do not have a parent or legal guardian present and we may ask to see proof of guardianship.

This includes, grandparents, siblings, aunties/ uncles WE WILL NOT PIERCE UNLESS YOU ARE THE LEGAL GUARDIAN OR PARENT!!!

This is very serious as we can lose our ear piercing license and our jobs!!! under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we pierce without this!

Cartilage piercings will only be carried out on individuals 14 years or older- anyone under 16 will need parent or legal guardian with them.

Individuals 16 or older can get pierced without a parent or legal guardian but will will need to see VALID ID, if you do not provide a valid ID WE WILL NOT PIERCE!!

‼️If you begin to be rude or abusive towards staff because of the policies and procedures you will be asked to leave or we will call the centre security to es**rt you out. It is not our fault that you cannot get pierced we are just doing our jobs and following the legal requirements.

please note we are extremely busy with piercings especially during the weekends and we recommend that you book online if you can during this time as there is no guarantee we can fit you in.

If you are late to your booking please give us a call as soon as you can, we will try our best to fit you in but if you are more than 10 minutes late there is no guarantee we can keep your booking as we need at least 15 minutes to complete the piercing. If you exceed this time you may need to reschedule your appointment.
