‼️Important Notice Regarding Appointments‼️

We have recently observed an increase in clients failing to show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notification. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, it is essential to recognize that we are self-employed individuals who rely on our daily and weekly appointments as our primary source of income.

No-shows not only result in lost income for us but also prevent us from accommodating other clients who could have utilized those appointment slots. To address this issue, we are implementing a new policy for new clients, which requires a small deposit to secure their intended appointment.

This deposit will be deducted from the final bill at the end of the service and is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. However, within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

We understand that this policy may seem inconvenient, but it is necessary to ensure the sustainability of our business and to value the time and effort we put into each appointment. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
