A 20year rat problem here.
Several pest controllers had had a go at this one and the amounts of rodenticide chucked into the extension loft space would sink an average battleship......and still the rats keep coming.
Drain survey found an uncapped sink waste under the extension floor.
Hatch cut, pipe located and capped. Any rats left in will be dealt with using traps.

Sometimes, finding out how rats have entered a property can be difficult.
If this is the case, we will carry out a drain survey and more often than not, long standing rat issues stem from faults in the drainage system including uncapped redundant junctions and pipe breaks.

Another bedbug heat treatment.
This one had received several "spray treatments" prior to our treatment.
Now clear.

Uncapped redundant lateral giving rats access to the property. One way valve fitted in manhole as a temporary solution and all rat activity has ceased.

We are called out to investigate noises in loft spaces, walls and under floors on a regular basis.
In most cases, it turns out to be rats, mice or sometimes roosting birds or bats!
This fellow made a pleasant change 🙂

Another bedbug heat treatment.

Wasp nest above plasterboard ceiling. Moisture in the nest causing the plasterboard to soften, allowing wasps entry to rooms. Managed to remove the nest through a small hole with the vacuum. 😬

Fifteen nests in this shed, all in different stages. Five were live, treated and removed. The rest were also removed.

Wasp nest digout at The Field Inverness pet exercise area.
It was a pleasure to meet the owners, who gave me a guided tour. It's a fantastic set up and I'm planning to take Moose our staffy Jack russell cross for a run around.
