Today it is the Real strength competition in Holland, we want to wish good luck to team Cerberus athlete Jack Osborn

It is also the South of Holland Strongest Man, we want to wish good luck to team Cerberus ambassador Alex Lungu who will be competing there!

This weekend it is the Natural World's Strongest Man and Woman 2024 at Kingfisher, Galway. We want to wish good luck to our team Cerberus ambassadors Matt Nice, Tom Butts, Vickie Nuttall and Danny Brumpton

put on an epic performance in his first Shaw Classic invitation, taking 3rd place in Shaw Classic Arm Lifting 🥉.


made history at ABS, winning another title with a 1085kg / 2392lbs total! He is now the first man in ABS Series history to hold back-to-back titles as both the Clash of Titans Champion and the new ABS Pro 2024 Champion 🔥 Absolutely phenomenal!
not only took 2nd place but also set an ALL-TIME BRITISH TOTAL at 56KG, as well as setting All-Time British Squat (185KG) and Bench Press (115KG) Records! 🔥 Insane!!!


Huge congratulations to , your back-to-back Europe’s Strongest Master 40+, claiming her second title 🏆. , despite being sick a day before the competition, performed like the absolute warrior she is, taking 3rd place to secure a spot on the podium.

deserves a special shout-out! After dislocating his knee (unintentionally) 5 days before competing, most athletes would have taken the safe route and pulled out, but being the beast he is, he went YOLO and still managed to secure 3rd place on the podium! Insane dedication!
