AA’s fit4life journey

Finished my first programme with Next Level Results and chuffed to have achieved some PBs in todays group session, looking forward to starting a new programme in March 2024 😀💪👍

Back in 2014 I first started my fitness journey by participating in Zumba classes which lead to more and more classes, I was unhappy with the way I looked and with time and dedication I lost weight and became stronger. After becoming a mum in 2019 and enjoying my maternity leave and months off due to covid I could see my weight creeping back up so I decided that I wanted to continue my fitness journey and joined the gym where I started weekly personal training sessions with Mark Davies, we discussed what my short and long term goals were and focused on building strength with nutrition and training. I have just finished an 8week programme with Mark up at Energie fitness that I have really enjoyed, it’s what I needed to kick start my fitness again with weekly group personal training, accountability and a fab support group of people who are all focusing on their fitness. A new programme is away to start in a few weeks and I am happy to be continuing with the programme with Next Level Results. If anyone is interested in joining me then pm me for more info. 😀👍
