Today we celebrated a 30th birthday at head office with a delicious lunch supplied by The Bucket List - Norfolk & a variety of cakes baked by members of 🍟 🎂

A special opening day of the new season at Portman Road welcoming Premier League football back. 🏟️🔵⚪️

We have been supporting our home town club for over 25 years, through various owners, relegations, promotions and the general ups and downs associated with football. We are now delighted to expand our ongoing support by becoming an official regional partner for the 2024/25 season. 🚜⚽️

We wanted to pay homage to the longevity and growth of our partnership with Ipswich Town Football Club in the opening programme, celebrating two iconic captains that have led the team to the Premier League in that period. 🏆

Yesterday at Seven Refrigeration, our colleagues gathered together to celebrate Simon’s 10-year anniversary, along with Rod’s and Jason’s 20-year anniversaries. 🎉

A special thanks to Tony Joy Divisional Managing Director for presenting their awards, honouring their combined 50-years of service which is a massive achievement and a milestone that we as a company are very proud of.

With May being National Walking Month, our in-house teams stepped up to the challenge! 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️🌟

Collectively we travelled an impressive 5,497 km, the equivalent of walking from Ipswich to Dubai. Throughout this challenge our staff have seen the benefits of walking including physical health, mental well-being, and enjoying the outdoors – come rain or shine! 🌟🚶‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Throughout Mental Health Awareness week, Seven have been raising awareness by sharing bios of some of the fantastic Mental Health First Aiders available within the Company. 🧠

The HR Department have arranged open door sessions with support from our Mental Health First Aiders to give a safe space to those employees who require support or would like to talk. As we come to the end of Mental Health Awareness Week Seven have organised a bake sale to raise money for Suffolk Mind 🧁
