Perinatal mental health is one string to the bow that is Breathingkind services.
The perinatal period is one in a woman's life where a huge transition occurs, ready or not! And it can be an opportunity for transformation when the right support and education is in place. If not it can have huge implications for health and wellbeing for years to come.
Sadly many women are not heard, seen or held in a way that meets the emotional and physical demands of this complex time in our modern day life and society. I am wildly passionate about changing this, and about supporting women to untie the knots that have been tangled as a result of all the complexities it can entail. Reconnecting women to the source of health and vitality, it is possible to enjoy positive physical and emotional health in balance and equanimity.
Services are also offering preventative and live support through pregnancy and beyond.
On perinatal mental health day I am spreading the word that I see you mummas. With deep respect and love, I have hope for each and every woman. I know that there is another way to journey this life stage, and it's possible for every human being to live in more peace and inner harmony. 

I am here, to walk by your side and guide you back to yourself, when your ready there are services that will meet you exactly where you are and hold you with professionalism 💓 I can also signpost you if I cannot serve in the way you need 💫

At the weekend we held an event for future Minded students. Sharing my professional and personal journey with the hope to inspire and provide insight into the student and supervisor perspective. A great day held by some of the Minded team.

As one chapter closes the next one opens! What a trail blazing year full of learning and working with such wonderful professionals and humans. I am so excited to share more of my work in Suffolk and beyond!
