Something a bit different to the flat coloured renders!
Town council specifically asked for a dashed finish upon planning so it is in keeping with existing property and to be honest it patched in rather well 👍🏻

This job is in its final stages now for us, just a few internals left to flash over and it’s done ☑️

Krend K1 scraped texture render in the Oatmeal colour layed onto Magply carrier board which was a first for us.

Shadow gaps on most windows meaning the reveals needed to be rendered before windows were fitted! The knock on complications this has is crazy for a timber frame building 😬

Don’t normally photograph boring plastered walls but the fully vaulted ceilings with exposed oak effect trusses made for some interesting angles keeping us on our toes 😀

The weather was against us on this one 🌧️☔️

Part of the original house had been rendered in a cement render over lime mortar stonework which had failed miserably

Once removed we set about using the Klime lime render system which was then painted using a quality mineral paint to allow the walls to breathe properly 👍🏻
The recently built 2 storey rear extension was rendered in Hp12 and painted using Krend silicone paint.

Thermal lightweight blocks laid to 1st floor timber frame extension, tiled cills and rendered in Krend hp12 topped off with tc15 pearl white 👍🏻🏠

Another job done for the guys at PcPinnicle construction 👍🏻

Always nice to see your hard work once the scaffold has come down 👍🏻

The sun is shining in all its glory on this radial corner of the property and I’m sure you’ll agree it is looking fantastic 👌🏻 check out that curved full height window!

Still exterior work to do here for the guys but nice to get our side of things wrapped up for them 🏠

Another bungalow brought upto date with a covering of Krend hp12 topped off with Jub silicone in the Granite colour 👍🏻🏠

Our diary has reopened for Oct-Nov due to changes on a couple of jobs this year.

Nothing like a Christmas deadline to get a kitchen and utility renovation complete! 🥳

3 walls removed, full strip back, re plastered and floor/s levelled before we set about installing this nice modern kitchen 👍🏻

This Cement based coloured cladding has really modernised and smartened up the shopfront to this well established local business 👌🏻🏪😀

A lot of work packing out to make flat but the only way to go 👍🏻

Tv/fireplace wall built to customers specifications along with key lite roof window install with light well.

Once a dark living room now flooded with natural light even on the darkest of days 👍🏻

Using external insulation and a lightweight basecoat we were able to overcome some difficult substrates on some elevations 🧱
This is a great example of how good this system is at achieving a nice flat finish over the most challenging of walls 👍🏻
