Our RIB hire crew were very lucky to come across a Pod of curious Dolphins this morning, around 20 circled the RIB between Bembridge and Seaview. Off camera they performed back flips before moving off ❤️

Too windy to hire on Thursday, a chance to collect our fleet of 5 RIBs and give them a well earned clean and service. They have run approximately 120h hours each this season so far.

Shearwater R65 (6.8m RIB)
Our new model Shearwater R65. Our Shearwaters are very robust and will cope with heavy weather conditions, rated Category B, offshore. With a high,slim bow and deep V, they give a dry comfortable ride in choppy conditions. The R65 has a 25" XL transom,with 200mm freeboard at the transom, so it could be MCA coded. The under-deck 200L fuel tank made from 5mm aluminum gives a good range for longer trips. The boats can be configured with jockey seats or suspension seating in place of the driving bolster if preferred. We offer a wide range of colours and finishes. Recommended outboard is 115-150hp giving 35-45kn. The R65 has a large anchor locker, lots of storage inside the hinging console. The console has an 8mm tinted screen, stainless rail which can be powder coated black if preferred. The Helm has a light / antenna pole which is also great to steady yourself while moving around the boat. The seating also has ample storage inside. This boat is a stock hull available for immediate delivery.
