Wow it's Friday Yippppeee.... shame about the weather hopefully Tuesday wasn't our only day of summer this year ha ha ☀️.

Well what a week's it's been I have had both my babies off sick this week so juggling looking after them whilst running a business has been a challenge. But the great thing with my job is its flexible so a couple evenings working and I'm back on top 💪. And the kids are back to their normal crazy selves 🤩.

On Mortgage News!!!!! Can't believe it I have 2 offers come through this week and the application went in less than a week ago yippeee Pepper Money and Halifax you are on fire 🔥 😍

I have spoke to 6 lovely new clients all looking for mortgage help. From buying their 1st rental property and wanting to know where to start, retired clients looking to release equity to help their family, clients looking to purchase their council house through RTB and home movers looking to buy their dream home 🏠.

Abit about me and why I love and do what I do 🏡. My name Emma and the person behind Emma Mortgages. I am a mum of 2 gorgeous kids Penny and Frank and a wife to my amazing husband George.

I started my journey in Finacial Service at Barclays back in 2010 after selling cars for years. It was only meant to be a short stop gap as I didn't want to work weekends and wasn't sure what to do with my life. It ended up being the longest place of my work and was there nearly 10 yrs I did personal banking which I loved, operational banking and ended up in branch management I worked all over Coventry, Leamington and Stratford and met some amazing people.

I left Barclays after my mat leave with Frank due to the hours and wanting to work Part time. I started my mortgage journey with JL. Joe and Larry opened my eyes to a whole different world which I loved. I very quickly sat my exams as becoming a broker was what I wanted to do. I worked at JL for a few years self-employed which gave my loads of experience and then decided it was time to start Emma Mortgages and build my own brand and company.

I love the flexibility of work I can work around the kids but also around my clients as I know life is busy and now a days 9-5 doesn't work. Sometimes it's a quick voice note with an update or clients what's app me right move links of houses to get a guide of figures sent. So many clients apologise if their children in the background, I get it we've all been there and never apologise I love listening to your little ones, I've been there well still are there ha ha.

I love helping people that never thought it was possible to get on the property ladder whether that's through to credit issues, deposit, been told no before or not long moved to the country and then messaging them on the day of completion congratulations you've done it 🏡.

And I love watching my clients grow starting at the smaller property and then growing into the dream house. Watching their investments grow through their rental properties and their portfolios expanding as they make more money.

I genuinely feel very lucky to do a job that I love 🤍

Kids back at school today yipppeeee. I always feel mum guilt when I feel happy they are going back, but it's nice to have the routine and focus back 😌.

It's hard graft trying to juggle work and being a mum in the school holidays and although I love spending more time with them both it's nice to have the peace and calm back ha ha 🤍

One of the favourite parts of my Job is helping my lovely clients purchase or make their home better. My Expertise is Mortgages. My Job is getting You your home 🏡🤍

The role will include office admin tasks, client care, accompanied viewing appointments with viewing feedback and professional marketing advice through to sale negotiation, sale progression and successful completion. Full-time role and Saturday's on a rota will be included. This is a busy and varied role with plenty of challenges along the way!
