Rebecca joined us last week and will be leading our 9:30am Wednesday yoga classes on an interim basis.

We asked Rebecca what got her into yoga.

“20 years ago I started working in dentistry and quickly realised I needed something that would help support my physical health and posture. I found yoga and discovered it was much more than just a physical practise. I decided to train as a yoga teacher and have since focused on beginner classes and really enjoy making the practise of yoga accessible for everyone. Helping to introduce movement and mobility to people who may be new to yoga.”

Yoga is amazing for mind, body and soul and we look forward to spending more time with you and learning from you over the coming weeks.

I have an exciting week this week as I am covering a class at the beautiful Green Farm Kent
Sometimes doing new things can be scary but taking a moment to take a breath and centre yourself can give you the courage to try new things! So that's what I am going to be doing! So we will be looking at how our breath supports us day to day and how we use our breath in our practise.
