A few hundred miles traveled between Bill, Pete and Rich this morning to get together, the few hours together was invaluable study time, a bit if a recharge and refocus on keeping basics sharp, entry techniques tight and a bit of kumite always focuses the mind.

8pm(UK time) sees the release of chriscliffordgojuryu.com. Insights to the genius Grand Master Ichikawa some of his written thoughts and the thoughts of the current Bubishi Master Chris Clifford.

January 2023 marks a new year and with that a symbolic release soon of our new website containing previously unseen Manuscripts and documents written by Grand Master Sosui Ichikawa.
Ichikawa Sosui's Manuscripts are his Gift to the world.
Grand Master Ichikawa's quote from within his Manuscripts:
“I would change the world a bit by my own karate.”
The website and documents contain a "truth" that cannot be disputed by those who abuse and use Grand Master Sosui Ichikawa's name for personal and professional gain.
Chris Clifford Sensei was the only true foreigner who became Ichikawa Sensei’s disciple and a member of his Sosui Kan Dojo from 1972 until his passing March 2005. Ichikawa Sensei awarded Chris Clifford Sensei the “BUBISHI” - the teacher licence in 1992 which was evidence of direct succession in our lineage.
