So - I did a trial with pumpkin spiced shortbread and it was a hit! So I am going to be making some to sell this weekend - pick up from my door - I am also thinking Gluten Free Apple spiced muffins as well!

Well, after literally years of do I or don’t I! I have set up a cake business!!! I Am going to be supplying a local coffee shop and possibly another venue as well.
