So I'm happy to say Isle drive has signed a deal to have the exclusive advertising rights to king Ethelbert six form.
Between us both we will be offering fantastic deals and discounts to current and future pupils.
It's a pleasure to help out local people and even be considered for this opportunity!
Not bad for a little big and local company, they could have partnered up with many local driving schools but we obviously stood out!

It's that time of year again and I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone that chose myself and Isle drive to help achieve one of life's little yet important goals!
Isle drives success is meaningless and insignificant without the custom, supporters, followers and champions!
Words can't express the appreciation I have for the valued customers, the people that put their time, effort, trust and money in our hands! You're all legends and its been a pleasure to be a part of the journey.
This year started out on a sour note, difficult and troubling situations had to be dealt with but thankfully it ended so so positively.
27 tests with 23 1st time passes (4 clean sheets, no minors)
Only 3 fails this year and 2 of them passed a few weeks later.
I carried 1 re-test over from last year and I have a re-test in the coming new year.
88% pass rate achieved.... Not too bad in my opinion.
Next year will be bigger and better with the addition of Saira Hand to the team! A fantastic lady and a fantastic instructor.

So I got challenged/criticized yesterday for my pass post...(I'm sure most of my loyal and appreciated followers know where from 🤦)
Once again I feel I have to put the record straight and get a bit defensive!
Firstly I've been very busy and very active with lessons and tests but I've had to be a bit quiet on the social media posts as it (thankfully) creates and generates a lot of enquiries and work, and I simply cannot take on anymore pupils, hence no posts/advertising!
Secondly (the reason for the post) the young lady that passed yesterday went above and beyond to earn her pass! On the way to the test centre my clutch started to go and we wasn't sure if the car could/would make it and whether she would even be able to take her test.... It made it through (just about) and she smashed it! So I think that deserves a bit of appreciation, respect and was definitely worth posting.
Now, in retaliation to the idiots and haters that still want to talk nonsense (keyboard warriors)... stop trying to put a spanner in my works! You're honestly wasting your time 👍 Isle drive is busier than ever and is about to expand and grow in the direction it deserves!... understand this, you can never moan or get bitter about a situation in life that you've brought upon yourself. leave it alone, concentrate your energy on something positive and please continue supporting your little mate and the few pupils he's managing to scrape a living out of👍 I'll simply say this.... hahahaha 🤣.... It's pathetic, you're all pathetic and I'll bid you all an 'eff you but have a nice day' .... Oh and thanks for the free parking in your head space! I feel honoured!

I want to say thank you to everyone for your nominations and thank you to everyone that spread the word.
As you can imagine I had a lot of interest, countless nominations, messages and emails. Surprisingly (to myself) it ended up being a lot harder to pick someone than I expected, but I'm happy with my choice! In my opinion this young lady definitely met the criteria that I was looking and hoping for.

The response and reaction to this offer has been so positive and well received to the point that I'm definitely going to do it again so stay tuned!

I just want to say thanks for the reaction to my last post regarding Isle drive and the issues that have had to be addressed. I'm quite humbled by it to be honest! It's nice to see that there's decent, honest, genuine and like minded people out there. It wasn't ever about getting likes, shares and comments it was about doing what I thought was right and standing up for myself and my business! Having said that, it was the likes, shares and comments that have helped reassure me that I did the right thing.
So thanks again you beautiful people and please keep supporting and recommending Isle drive. ❤️❤️❤️

So it's been a very long and tiresome week and I feel it's time for me to say my bit and put the record straight. I wanted nothing more than to remain silent, professional and dignified. The last thing I wanted was to get involved with any kind of he said she said stupidity, or petty mud slinging contest. Unfortunately I feel I have no choice! I've been attacked in a personal and professional way and a lot of mud has been slung my way, a lot of untruths, lies and bull crap has come my way and been said and posted on social media! This has come from the people that deep down know the truth and from people that know absolutely nothing other than what they've been told. I've been challenged and criticised by complete strangers that really have no idea yet have some kind of opinion and loyalty to their friends! First and foremost I'll say that there's two sides to every story and you would be very naive to believe everything you hear or read on social media. But if you all want or need to see the bigger picture then here we go..... Steve and Jess were removed from Isle drive due to underhanded practices, dishonest actions and a complete breakdown of trust! I've tried to remain amicable and deal with this situation as best as possible but again I feel I've been backed into a corner and have no choice! Some of the things that have been levied my way have been hurtful, harmful and potentially damaging, at the same time most of it has been childish, ridiculous and actually quite embarrassing. Not once have I disrespected Steve! On the contrary I've continued to state the fact that Steve is a fantastic instructor and I'm sure he'll make a success of his solo project, not that I've been shown a similar or mutual kind of respect! The fact of the matter is this, unfortunately we cannot continue to work together. It's time to do our own thing.
Thank you to my family, friends and genuine supporters. To the pupils past, present and future that continue to support Isle drive. You're all legends and I can't thank you enough.
To the greater community of Thanet, thank you for even considering Isle drive! If you choose us we guarantee that we'll try our best to give you the respect, value, service and respect you deserve!
To all the keyboard warriors, backbiters and sad individuals that have tried to make me look bad or put a spanner in the works....you failed! There's no such thing as bad publicity! The phone is still ringing and the emails are still arriving!
