Was great to get stuck into this project this week. Take down existing car port, shed and garden fences and remove from site. Build a new carport and new featheredge fencing around the garden. Another nice project completed this week, all dug and prepped using kit from L.M Homeworks Ltd. All aggregated supplied from LMR Building Supplies and grass supplied from general building plastics. 👌🏻

Nice little job for a Sunday!! We used Garagestyleltd vented flooring for a nice clean finish in the garage.

Nice project this week…. New facia soffit and gutters all round + new cladding on the dorma window. Then repaint the render and timber to finish it off.

Job no.2 was to install this decking and make this little area a bit bigger so the customer could have a blow up hot tub installed.

Job no.1 of the day was to install this acoustic panelling and hang the tv on the wall to make a bit of a feature wall in the bedroom.

Media wall completed over the last 2 days for a regular customer. All ready for them to decorate themselves.

Some timber work done on behalf of Seal Assured Roofing to extend this garden area. 6x2 joists bolted to 4x4 posts with an 18mm ply deck and new facia boards all round to finish it off. It’s now ready to be felted in tomorrow. Just the flooring to be finished at some point 👌🏻

The rain didn’t stop us today!! Indian sandstone cleaning treatment applied before jet washing followed by all holes/gaps filled with a compound resin!

Something a little different today. Transformed this white bedroom with some simple but effective stripes. Also fitted the new skirtings architrave. Ready for the sparky to finish up and take all the glory 🤣

Decking area installed yesterday just in time for the better weather.

A roof terrace we had the pleasure of covering with artificial grass. For all enquiries please get in touch.

We had the job of making this ceiling good. The flat roof above was leaking all over, once that was replaced, we have the job of taking down the damp mouldy plasterboard, replacing the insulation and plasterboard and skimming the ceiling.

Garage conversion we started on Monday. We were asked to leave it a plasterboard finish and the customer would sort their own plasterers and decorate and finish themselves 👌🏻

As another week ends another 2 projects are coming along nicely.

We have the garage conversions drying out ready for 2nd fix electrics and decoration on Monday, flooring and skirting Tuesday.

We also have the drive pretty much finished. Just silver sand and a good whacker to complete. We had a lot of help from Josh Rose and his team at Rose developments on this one.
