Sorry for keeping quite on our socials! We where extremely busy over the festive period and then our staff had a much needed break! But we are back for 2024! And this year will be bigger and better!

We hope you had had an amazing Christmas and wonderful New Year's!

And how amazing is it to come back to work to see this incredible review! ✨️✨️✨️

Now a little bit of a downer this evening!

We are small local family business who's reputation is very important to us, it saddens us that anyone can go online and leave a review without even staying with us!

This particular guest booked a room at 3pm on day of arrival and wanted to cancel at 5pm and requested we wavier the cancellation fee, unfortunately we have these fees to safeguard ourselves from these situations as we are only a small independent business as stated, When this guest was told unfortunately we would be unable to change our cancellation policy on this occasion they became abusive to our staff and then proceed to write this review.

We work very hard to give our guest the best experience and value for money we can provide, our staff are like family and I don't think people understand how upsetting situations like this can be, and we are all real people.

To our staff we want to say a big thankyou for all you do for us, and to our customers your ongoing support means the world to us here at the Andel, we thankyou all ❤️
