If anyone has been told by the new ‘owners’ that they have been barred then ignore it.

The Crossways lease still remains under my ownership. The contracts have not been exchanged yet and the pub does not become ‘theirs’ until completion

If anyone is barred it would be done by myself, Jax as the manager or a member of bar staff. Anyone else telling people that are deluded and well and truly jumping the gun. I pay the rent and hold the lease on the pub and until that changes it is I and only I that makes decisions about it. In our time at Crossways (nearly two years can you believe it?) we have barred less then fingers on one hand. We haven’t had to as the pub is well run and the vast majority people coming through our doors are very respectful of the ethos we have brought to Crossways.

So make no mistake, at present this is my pub and in my absence Jax is the woman who calls (pours and drinks) the shots!

Now, it’s festive season - Let’s have a bevvy! Tequila Rose anyone?
