So we removed the old plaster boards, replaced with new, tape and jointing, sanded down and finished with three coats of Wimborne White by Farrow and ball 🧑🏻🎨

Time to show you the bedroom of the cottage in Dartmouth we’ve just finished ✨
The new colour is cabbage white from Farrow & Ball. Kem painted the ceiling and walls in the same colour, as you can see it looks like the ceiling is in white, this is why Kem recommends walls and ceilings are done in the same colour 🤩

We matched the colour on the front with Kem’s colour sensor 🔬
There was lots of prep as usual but the finish looks amazing and the owner, Tony is very happy 🤩

Finished the big job and started our next one straight away last week ✨
We are back on our favourite road in Dartmouth, Kem decorated the blue & white one, the white one at the end, the pink one and now this one 🤩

Wowzers we’ve just started work on this detached house, in the 80s/90s there were decorating companies that said they specialise in spraying a textured coat of paint on your walls and it would last for 30+ years! It was a rubbish claim, yes it’s over 30 years now but the problems started a while ago and are being addressed now. All of those companies have gone out of business and the paint falls off the walls! 😱
So this is what we have to do…heat the old paint and then strip it off leaving a perfect flat wall behind 🤩

We’ve just starting working on Coombe Road in Dartmouth again ✨
We have decorated four cottages along this famous road over looking the tennis courts 🎾

We’ve managed to finish the bungalow in Bigbury even with the challenging weather! ✨
As we previously said due to the rough walls we could only paint with brushes, we are so pleased with the result, it looks amazing 🤩

We started this bungalow in Bigbury last week, doing the jet washing and all the prep ✨
It has very rough walls so all the painting will be with brushes and we will be doing two coats of Dulux white weather shield…watch this space 👀

We had to do lots of repairs on windows, replacing with hard wood before the painting could begin 🤩
