Livingroom refurbished!

This job was originally booked in for plastering works and to divide the room into two spaces, but on closer inspection from us and the customer we realised the joists and flooring was very damp and rotten.

We then had to rip up all the old floor boards and old timber joists, replace all joists and refit new flooring throughout.

Overboard of ceilings , plaster and recoved.
Partition wall built, boarded and plastered,
Then new doors and casing fit.

Customers fitting their own skirts and arcs and also decorating themselves.

Having the right team on the job makes a massive difference.✅️

Here's another job done by myself and Lee Spicers Plaster .
This job consisted of us overboarding the ceiling after the removal of chimney brest. Abit of prep work including bonding of chases, beading of angles and pva. Then full plaster of the room.
We then returned to finish off this room with some coving.

Bedroom refurbishment..

Rip out skirts archs cupboard..

Sparks inc... re position of boiler sockets. Add x2 new double sockets.

Overboard ceiling saving the mess and a few quid for the customer.

Dot & dab walls along with boarding stud walls..

Full skim 👊🏼

Fresh new look to this bedroom, once our plumber has been & re piped & fit new radiator. We will then complete re latting around door & window wall... new skirts & archs then she's paint ready 😊..

Fit this job in at short notice.. small refurbishment..

Stud wall to partition 1 room into 2, making this 2 bed property into a small 3.

Prep works inc, bit of joinery, boarding, full pva & skim...

Walls wasn't in the best of conditions but now they are paint ready, flat & smooth.
Job left clean and tidy as usual.

We will be returning to skim Kitchen ceiling once the new grp roof is done to the extension of the house. Also we have priced to paint the full property..

Another job ticked off for Kitchens By Design .
An old dated kitchen with artexed walls and ceiling.
Full over board of ceiling, bonding of all chases and scrape back of all artex of the walls. Pva, bead up and plaster .
Job completed by myself and Spicers Plaster .
We will also be decorating this kitchen once it's installed, so keep your eyes peeled for the transformation.
Job left clean and tidy ready for progress of works.

Couple of bedrooms plastered on a refurb by myself and Lee at Spicers Plaster .
Pretty straight forward pva bead up and skim .

A job done here for Kitchens By Design .
Prep work included pva and bonding of chases and fill around sockets in kitchen area and full re skim of the ceiling.
In the bathroom it was pva of ceiling and walls , bond lower half of walls where tiles were previously and a full plaster of ceiling again.
Job left clean as always.

Here's a bathroom completed recently.
Once it was ripped out, and tiles taken off, it's was clear it wasn't just a straight forward job.
Full bonding of all walls, overboard of ceiling then return the following day to pva, bead up and skim.
Again both myself and Lee Spicers Plaster completed the work on this property.

Here's a kitchen done for a local kitchen company Hull Kitchen Studio
Repairs and prep work to the ceiling to plaster over the artex, leaving it flat, smooth and ready for painting.
Prep work elsewhere in the kitchen area was bonding, boarding, beading up and pva. Then full plaster of the kitchen area.
Big thanks to Lee Spicer for the help on this too.

Here's a couple of ceilings and a repair om a wall done on a property what is having both bathrooms renovated.
