A nice set of 17” Davenport alloy wheels from a 2017 T6. These will fit any transporter 2003-2019. They have continental load rated tyres fitted which have loads of tread remaining.

Volkswagen T5 Inca triple Seat with 2 seatbelts and 4 floor brackets. This is a used seat so not perfect. The cloth is clean and hole free. The rear vinyl has a few stains and a couple of cuts. A pair of belts sell for £150, 4 brackets sell for £80

VW T5 California tailgate panel with chairs and right sliding door panel with table. These have been painted in Anthracite plastic paint to match 2003-2015 Caravelle interiors. The sliding door panel will accept your pull up blind. Both sets will have the fixings included.

Another California in today for repair. This one had faulty roof sensors. We bypassed the sensors and fitted a remote control plus 2 switches. We also changed both original ( 2010 ) leisure batteries with 2 that the customer supplied.

Another California in for repair today. The usual roof sensor fault. The customer drove from Dorset to be with us 09:00. He took a stroll with his dog down into my lovely home town of Marazion. When the van was ready I messaged him.
We keep the roof sensors in stock so this can be done at short notice.

Another VW California in to us today with a fault. This one had the roof sensor issue so would not open. We powered up the roof motor to open up, replaced all 4 sensors and it was good to go. Unfortunately someone else had been at the hydraulic ram area and was not very tidy. The pipes not routed correctly and one of the 90 degree sleeves missing. We put it all back as good as we could. Customer aware as we take pictures before we start the job.

A good day today. We installed a T6 Austin Isofix triple seat with floor, belts and brackets for a local customer. When I suggested that he had matching front seats he didn’t hesitate in saying yes. 😎

The 2021 Caravelle conversion is coming along nicely. The electric California roof is fitted. The long California plastic panels are in, the rear heater controller relocated, D pillars have been modified, bed system is in, panoramic canvas in. Monday will see the cab headliner in and the C pillars modified to fit.

This is a brand new T6.1 California rear seat/bed in Palladium grey Alcantara. Fitted price with 2 floor rails with new tops, insulated ply floor with your choice of Altro,a raised side step and full width rear step for £1800.
We can fit this into your T5/T6/T6. in 2 days. This seat can fit on the left or right side of the van. The great benefit of a California seat is that it slides up and down the van and is removable. It has Isofix points. It also has a very useful storage drawer beneath.

This is a very nice T6 seat set with rails from a VW T6 Caravelle. This is the fitted price including an insulated floor with your choice of Altro, raised side step, full width rear threshold. The rear seat has Isofix and folds out into a 3/4 length day bed. This can have a rear extension to make full length and then have a mattress topper to make a very comfortable bed.

No visible joins, hidden clips and removable panels. We do get to see some very suspect lining jobs from reputable converters.

Every Caravelle conversion with a California roof looks better than the last. Byron Harvey doing a great job on this 2018 Generation Six Caravelle. This will be ready for collection by the customer on Monday.

Anothe beautiful T6 Caravelle brought to Kernow Conversions for a California roof conversion. Day one and Byron Harvey has made great progress. Our Caravelle conversions use the California upper plastic panels and we relocate the rear heater control and air vents. I will post more pics as we progress.

While the Caravelle was being converted with the California roof last week we managed a floor and Caravelle rail system fitting. The van came to us as a Kombi, already carpet lined by the customer. We removed the Kombi seats and fitted the rails plus a quality carpet floor and a beautiful set of Caravelle leather and Alcantara seats.

Another Caravelle fitted with electric elevating California roof. The climate control relocated to the sides. We integrated California upper plastics and LED lights. We also fitted a remote control diesel heater to the factory spec. The customer opted for the full Alcantara headlining.

Another beautiful California roof fitted by Kernow Conversions. This van was a Kombi. We colour coded the roof, fitted it plus genuine VW awning and rails. We modified the awning brackets so it fitted on the left side. We covered the cab headlining and bed base in Alcantara. We also carpet lined and insulated the sides. The customer opted for a panoramic canvas upgrade.

Another T6 in this week for a California seat set with 2 front rotating seats and a rear double seat that folds into a 3/4 length bed. We fitted the rails with an insulated floor topped with black Altro. We fitted 4 rails at the customers request as he will be using a kitchen pod system. The latest van in with us is a 2018 long wheelbase Caravelle. The customer had the van delivered from Scotland. We have fitted a California electric elevating roof to it. We are also fitting an Ebespacher diesel heater with the genuine vw mounting kit and ducting. The owner had already stripped out the interior. He is going to make good around the top pillars with the California plastic panels we supply .
