That’s a wrap!

What an incredible week it’s been looking after , his fiancé, Mum and Dad, Caddy , Coach and Manager Sean.

We couldn’t have asked for a better client to look after. Lovely family and team.

What are the smells and sounds that remind you of summer?

For us it has to be charcoal burning. Burgers, steak and our famous Mojo chicken sizzling on the BBQ, delicious ripe and in season local tomatoes, freshly baked breads.

The sounds, guests chatting and laughing, the crackle and pop of charcoal and of course the chopping from the clients dog, mopping any of the bits that have fell on the floor, because we don’t give them any bits … honest!

Back to it today with a lovely canapé party.

All bespoke for our client, they wanted some bigger than others, choosing exactly what they wanted at there tasting session with us.

- Smoked Salmon, Blini, Avocado Purée
- Lamb Kofta with Mango Salsa

- Gruyère Cheese Biscuit with Ratatouille
- Wild Mushroom Arancini, red onion marmalade, Parmesan
