I’ve been loving the summer weather and enjoying the light nights recently. The perfect mood for some ‘ragtime’, which always puts a smile on my face 😊 -‘Maple Leaf Rag’ by Scott Joplin.

Whenever I start to play Debussy’s ‘Clair de Lune’, my little doggo Leo will come and sit on my lap where she can enjoy the music up close and often fall asleep with her head resting on my shoulder…. Of course this makes it more of a challenge to play, but it’s not a challenge I would ever want to change ❤️🙌🏻🎶

I’m always saying how important it is to practice. Here I am getting the practice in ahead of accompanying candidates for their ABRSM exams at the end of the month 🙌🏻🎶🎹
