“Before you launch your shop it’s important to create hype about something new coming to your salon. Say you have something to share with your clients - so they can stay tuned”

“I’ve created tutorials using my own hair and then linked the products in my shop”

“Use polls on instagram to find out how your clients hair - it opens a conversation for you to offer a prescription to help them”

“I use the back office, to see when I am getting the most sales and clicks. It’s really helpful! You can see how many people are clicking into your shop. Sometimes you might not get an order, but your clients are looking at your shop. They might just be waiting for payday etc. Putting on stories and posting every day is important and will help remind your client about your shop”
