I saved this video after doing a live last Thursday on my lunch break. I started with the intention of speaking for 2 minutes about the hidden fianncial costs involved when you have an invisible disability such as depression of cptsd, but I ended up on a bit of a vulnerable ramble. Please treat it with kindness - I watched it back and couldn't really recognise myself. I'm on a very long & unpredictable part of my recovery currently, which also means my brain is mush. I hope for anyone who can relate it provides a bit of empathetic comfort. for those that can't relate, I hope it gives you a little insight into the difficulties people we may not expect, face.
