The universe will put you in the same situations over and over until you learn….
Learn to react differently, learn to think differently, respond differently.
And until you learn enough is enough, that old habits do not open new doors and that we have to learn to eliminate in order to evolve.

Sananga eye drops

Sananga is a traditional Amazonian sacred medicine that is applied to the eyes through drops. The medicine is derived from the bark of the Tabernaemontana undulata shrub and then ground into a fine powder extracted and blessed. It is taken ceremonially with other master plants such as Ayahuasca. It has also been used by numerous tribes of the Amazon due to its ability to cause sharper and more refined vision allowing for improved hunting abilities even at night. Sananga contains a micro dose of ibogaine. Once sananga is administered into the eye it begins to intensely burn followed by an equally intense rush of positive energy throughout the body. This burning sensation lasts only 2 minutes or so but the pain is an important part of the healing process.
Sananga is said to have more benefits to the spiritual body than the physical. During the experience you feel a deep connection to spirit along with euphoria and eventually relaxation. This sacred plant medicine connects us with our most expanded potential, our deepest knowing, and our truest nature.

It doesnt matter how far we come how much work we do or how far we are on our journey.
If we allow ourself to be around people in a frequency that no longer aligns with ours we will be pulled back down into our own lowered state.
Thats the matrix design of the projected energy patterns to keep us all in the lower.
They dont realise it , we don’t realise we are dropping into it until your knee deep in your own lowered frequency.
Choose your circle wisley dont hold onto the old familier lower energies that no longer align with your own because its easy, make the space to allow people that lift you, rise with you, want you to grow to come in while allowing the others to do the same.
Release with love grattitude and peace.

Connecting with Nature: Plants, Animals, and Elements:

Connecting with nature can be incredibly important for one's well-being, physical and mental health, and overall quality of life. Whether you’re planting a garden, exploring the wilderness, or simply walking around in your backyard, nature can provide a spiritual and emotional connection that is both calming and healing.

Plants can help bring a sense of peace, comfort, and deep connection to nature. Working with plants, whether that’s tending to a houseplant or growing a vegetable garden, can give you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that is calming and energizing. Plants can also be great companions. Studies have shown that plants respond to different stimuli, and can improve air quality as well as provide oxygen.

Animals are also a great way to connect with nature. Studies suggest that being around animals can demonstrably improve your mood and reduce stress. Whether it’s owning a pet or visiting a zoo, simply spending time with animals can provide an incredible sense of companionship and joy.

Lastly, the elements of nature can have a profound effect on one’s state of mind. Spending time in the fresh air and among trees, flowing rivers, and starry skies can provide a feeling of peace and serenity that is difficult to replicate elsewhere. Not to mention, the mental and physical benefits of spending time outside are guaranteed.

Connecting with nature can have a profound effect on our emotional and spiritual well-being. Through gardening, having animals in our lives, and simply spending time in nature, we can cultivate a sense of peace that can be difficult to find elsewhere.

Honoring the Seasons and Natural Cycles:

Honoring the Seasons and Natural Cycles is an ancient practice that has been around for centuries. Through observation and respect, we can better understand our relationship with nature and how it impacts our lives. The practice of observing the changing of the seasons and natural cycles allows us to be in tune with our environment and appreciate its beauty.

Maintaining a relationship with the changing seasons helps us to become more aware of the natural forces around us. The wheel of the year is a great example of this. As the wheel of the year rotates, we are given an opportunity to consciously reconnect to the Earth. The cycle of the wheel of the year can be celebrated in different ways like; special festivals, honoring holidays, and observing special rituals. These celebrations are based on the cycle of the sun, moon, stars, and the seasons.

Besides observing the natural cycles, honoring the four seasons is a great way to be in tune with nature. It is important to be mindful of the different energy each season brings. For example, spring is a season of growth, rejuvenation and waking up from the slumber of winter. Summer is a season of heat, activity and abundance. Fall brings shorter days, chilly air, and time to harvest and let go of what is no longer needed. Winter is a time to rest, reflect and dream of the new emerging in the spring.

Honoring the seasons and natural cycles is a wonderful way to reconnect with nature and tap into the energy of the Earth. This creates a deeper appreciation and understanding of our relationship with the planet and helps us to remember how interconnected we truly are.

Shilajit: A Unique Molecule of Ayurveda 🖤

Shilajit is used in Ayurveda as a remedy for several diseases, particularly chronic diseases. Shilajit is a pale-brown to blackish-brown exudate that oozes from sedimentary rocks worldwide, largely in the Himalayas. It is an important drug of the ancient Ayurvedic materia medica and it is to this day used extensively by Ayurvedic physicians for a variety of diseases. Early Ayurvedic writings from the Charaka Samhita describe Shilajit as a cure for all diseases as well as a Rasayana (rejuvenator) that promises to increase longevity. It is composed of rock humus, rock minerals, and organic substances that have been compressed by layers of rock mixed with marine organisms and microbial metabolites.

Shilajit is brown to blackish organic matter exuded from steep rocks from mountainous regions of India, Russia, China, Pakistan, Nepal, Afghanistan, and Tibet. Shilajit is a natural herbo-mineral substance with various bioactive constituents such as DBPs, DCPs, and fulvic acid, and studies have shown that shilajit exhibits antioxidant, immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties. Together with fulvic acid and more than 84 minerals, it offers numerous health benefits. It can function as an antioxidant to improve your body's immunity and memory, an anti-inflammatory, an energy booster, and a diuretic to remove excess fluid from your body 🖤

Combining Meditation with Other Spiritual Practices:

Meditation is the practice of deliberately focusing one's attention on a particular thought or internal emotional state with the aim of bringing a sense of calmness, emotional balance, and clarity. In addition to this practice, there are many other spiritual practices that can be combined with meditation for an even more meaningful experience.

One practice that can be combined with meditation is yoga. By incorporating yoga postures into meditation, one can experience significantly greater levels of physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Each pose can be held and focused on before meditation, or practiced during meditation itself, allowing the practitioner to move through a focused and calming practice.

Journaling is another powerful practice that can be combined with meditation. By taking the time to reflect and write down one's thoughts and feelings before, during, or after the meditation experience, it can provide clarity and expand one's awareness even further. Many people find that writing helps them process their feelings and thoughts more deeply, leading to greater understanding and overall peace.

Prayer is yet another practice that can be combined with meditation. Whether practitioners are engaging in silent prayer, chanting mantras, or simply speaking out of their own prayers, the combination of prayer and meditation can bring an even deeper level of understanding and connection to the divine. By taking the time to engage in this combined practice, practitioners can find a greater level of inner peace and connection to their higher selves.

These are just a few of the spiritual practices that can be combined with meditation for an even more meaningful experience. By taking the time to explore different practices and how they can be combined, practitioners can create an incredibly powerful and meaningful practice that has the capacity to bring profound levels of insight and understanding.

The benefits of a consistent meditation practice on mental health:

Meditation has long been found to be beneficial to mental health, in both the short and long term. Through a consistent practice, individuals can gain a greater sense of balance, manage stress and anxiety more effectively, cultivate self-love and acceptance, and even experience a higher level of well-being and joy.

Creating a consistent meditation practice can start with just a few minutes each day. To begin, find a comfortable spot to sit and relax. Then, close your eyes and begin focusing on your breath as you notice each inhalation and exhalation. As you activate this awareness and practice mindfulness, your mind may wander but it’s important to gently redirect your focus back to the breath. Through this practice, individuals learn to become aware and observe their thoughts without getting caught up in them.

Time and consistency is key when it comes to learning the practice. As individuals commit to the practice they will gain the ability to slow down, relax and trust the process. Through this, they can learn to be present and move through challenging emotions and difficult moments with ease and grace. By consistently coming back to their practice and cultivating a daily habit, individuals learn to trust its power in healing.

The benefits of a consistent meditation practice will build over time. It can contribute to a better regulation of emotions, improved mood and increased energy and concentration. Practicing meditation can even help reduce stress and anxiety, while simultaneously boosting your self-esteem and compassion. Through the practice of mindfulness, individuals can learn to come back home to themselves and experience a greater sense of peace and contentment in their everyday life.

My next shamanic guided meditation evening is this Thursday in Rawdon

The dandelion is the only flower that represents the the sun, moon and stars.
The yellow flower resembles the sun, the puff ball resembles the moon, and the dispersing seeds resemble the stars. The dandelion flower opens to greet the morning and closes in the evening to go to sleep.
Every part of the dandelion is useful: root, leaves, flower. It can be used for food, medicine and dye for colouring.
Up until the 1800s people would pull grass out of their lawns to make room for dandelions and other useful “weeds” like chickweed, malva, and chamomile. The name dandelion is taken from the French word “dent de lion” meaning lion’s tooth and they have one of the longest flowering seasons of any flower. Seeds are often carried as many as 5 miles from their origin. Animals such as birds, insects and butterflies consume nectar or seed of dandelion.
Dandelion flowers do not need to be pollinated to form seed. They were well known to ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, and have been used in Chinese traditional medicine for over a thousand years. Dandelion is used in folk medicine to treat infections and liver disorders. Tea made of dandelion act as diuretic.
Dandelions are, quite possibly, the most successful plants that exist, masters of survival worldwide.
Every year countries spend millions on lawn pesticides to have uniform lawns of non-native grasses, and we use 30% of the country’s water supply to keep them green.

🌕Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio🌕

The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in 14 degrees of Scorpio occurs and we are asked to create sacred balance and union between the which is above and below, within and without.

The Eclipse, the darkening of the Moon, occurs when the North Node of the Moon aligns with the Sun and the Full Moon, and the shadow is cast by the earth. This means that things might be eclipsed out for the new to be created. This can be an emotional time, where we dive into our subconscious that has come to the surface.

Ta**us for the collective is how we take care of our earth and our bodies. It is also the Shakti, Yin, the feminine, the goddess, the sensual being who is grounded and fully embodied. Scorpio is the collective subconscious, trauma and disempowerment that has been ongoing for a very long time and that calls for deep mystical practices and the descent to the underworld in order for humankind to rebirth itself again. The subconscious affects the physical body and life, therefore this Eclipse will unlock karmic patterns and wounds that we can consciously transform ourselves and our energy to elevate and deepen our connection to life and our path.

We are working with the wounded feminine, the wounded lineage and womb - the disconnection from the Great Mother, so that we can come back to wholeness.

Have you seen these plants. They are called Broadleaf or Broadleaf Plantain

It grows especially well in poor, rocky soil (such as driveways) and is often seen alongside dandelion. More often than not, you will see plantain growing in gravel pits and construction sites as nature seeks to regenerate the soil. Introduced to North America in the 1600s, it was once called “White Man’s Foot” by the Native Americans who witnessed that where the Europeans tread and disrupted the soil, plantain sprung up.

Plantain has often been the go-to remedy for hikers plagued by mosquitos. Because it draws toxins from the body with its astringent nature, plantain may be crushed (or chewed) and placed as a poultice directly over the site of bee stings, bug bites, acne, slivers, glass splinters, or rashes. Bandage the area and allow the plantain to work its magic for 4-12 hours. Plantain may also be used to create a balm for emergency kits, or an infusion used as a skin or general wash. It is also a notable, soothing remedy for hemorrhoids.Plantain is renowned for its healing effect on the digestive system. This is especially useful for anyone who has been damaged by antibiotics, anti-inflammatory or pain medications, food allergies, or Celiac disease. Both leaves and seeds specifically target the digestive system for healing. The leaves may be steeped as tea, added to soups, or dried with a sauce similar to kale chips. The seeds – a type of psyllium – can be ground or soaked for bulk mucilage or absorbable fibre, which, consumed before meals, may help with weight loss.

Because plantain is a gentle expectorant and high in silica, an infusion can be helpful for lung problems, coughs, and colds.

Plantain is almost a panacea for the human body, treating everything from all menstrual difficulties, all digestive issues, to nearly all skin complaints, and even arthritis. Add to salads, chew to ease thirst, or enjoy in stir fries. This versatile wild vegetable will keep you in good health for years to come!

Mindfulness in your daily life:

Mindfulness is a practice of bringing one’s attention to the present moment, often focusing on one’s breath, thoughts and feelings. Practicing mindfulness can help provide clarity, increase focus and reduce stress. Here are some tips on how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.

1. Set aside a few minutes each day to meditate: Creating a daily meditation practice can help you stay mindful throughout the day. Start with five or 10 minutes of intentional breathing in a quiet, distraction-free space each morning or afternoon. Make sure to focus on your breath and take note of any feelings or thoughts that arise without getting caught up in them.

2. Find moments of peace: Carve out time throughout the day to pause and reflect. This can be walking in nature, mindfully eating your lunch or simply sitting quietly with yourself. Make this time a point of stillness and take in your surroundings. This will help keep your attention on the present moment.

3. Notice small things: Look around you and focus on the beauty of the world. Notice the details of what you see and appreciate the small moments of joy that make up your life. This will help build your ability to stay mindful when faced with more stressful or hectic moments.

4. Create mindful habits: Embed mindfulness into your daily routine by adding mindful activities throughout the day. Take a few extra moments to make your morning coffee, stretch throughout the day or take mindful walks during your lunch break.

5. Utilize guided meditations: This can be particularly helpful for people who are just starting out with a mindfulness practice.

By incorporating these simple tips into your daily routine, you can start building a regular mindfulness practice and reap its many mental health benefits.

We are vibratory beings; when all the illusions of physicality are stripped away, all we are left with is our energetic frequency.

22/04/2023

Law of vibration

Everything in the Universe has an electromagnetic field and an electromagnetic frequency. Including thoughts and feelings.

Everything you feel, whether good or bad, determines the frequency you vibrate, and you attract people, events and circumstances that vibrate at the same frequency.

If you change the frequency of your vibration on a given day by changing the way you feel, everything around you will change, because you will be vibrating at a new frequency.

You can change something bad that has happened in your life. It's never too late because you can change the way you feel about it.

Many people put their feelings on autopilot. Their feelings are the reaction to what happens to them. However, they don't realize that their feelings are the cause of what happens to them.

To change something, whether it's about your health, your money, your relationships, or any other aspect of your life, you have to change the way you feel about it.

Blaming, criticizing, pointing out faults, and complaining are all forms of negativity, and all this brings only conflict into your life.

Remove words like terrible, horrible, unpleasant, hideous from your vocabulary. Use more words like fantastic, wonderful, fabulous, brilliant and splendid.

Even if you only have 51% good thoughts and feelings throughout the day, you rebalance your life.

Every day is an opportunity for a new life. Every day you are facing a turning point in your life. And with just one day, you can change the future by changing the way you feel.

Logic is almost always right but intuition is never wrong.

Have you ever experienced the feeling of not going somewhere or suddenly not doing something?
For no reason!

The sixth sense exists! It could be said that it is real and that it is always present.
Intuition allows the person to realize something that the universe wants to communicate to you. This Gift is like an attentive spirit, like a supreme intelligence. When she speaks she does not explain; it simply shows us the way.
It communicates like a magical whisper that comes from the soul

Energy doesn't lie take notice
Intuition can be described as a "knock of insight." The Universe does not impose or shout in your ear. She sends you a sacred, beautiful message, soft as the fall of a bird's feather! This Gift is you exercising your power in tune with Divinity through a hunch, presentiment or inner voice.

Always pay attention Messages can come suddenly showing us knowledge of something we could not have known.

We all have this Gift
You just have to learn to develop it.
We must work with our interior so that it is clean-hearted, free from external influences a heart capable of detaching itself from the world, in tune with its Divinity and thus being able to receive the spiritual message.

"Intuition is the intelligence of the unconscious."- Carl G Jung
