This has been a tough 2 years and I am beyond grateful to have continued support from so many of our customers.
This has truly been a tough one to swallow… as you know I like to be transparent as possible and keep you all in the loop.
We will be having a price increase from May… this really isn’t something that I want to do… (at all) and I’ve actively been putting writing this off for a while now, but our costs (as-well as many of yours) are through the roof.

Many of our supplies have gone up including colour, developer, bloody FOIL of all things! (Which was £11 a box… now £16!!!) even gloves are now costing a fortune and then of course electricity and water.
We don’t want to be turning off heaters or lights and limiting our service for you because of worrying about product usage. I have managed to do some calculations and keep the increase as low as I possibly can. The increase will be £1.50 per service. The staff have also taken a hit with a price increase in chair rental to accommodate and keep the figure lower for clients across the board. Again, this is something I wouldn’t have chosen to do but it’s more I have to.
