Heading to a field near you, more embroidered belt and coin pouches!
I will be peddling my wares at empire this weekend, and everything will be available for both Crowns (IC) and/or Pounds (OC)!
I look forward to seeing everyone there 😁
Completed commission!!!
See if you can guess which empire nation this one is heading too 🤔
A sleeveless robe, fastened at the side with two thematic leaf clasps ✨
This was a major embroidery project, it's amazing what the machine now let's me do!
Another smaller project (that missed getting ironed before it was handed over 😭)
A simple belt flash for an up and coming mage ✨
And the fruits of some of my embroidery!
Turn your simple Epic Armoury tunic into a personalised law chicken tunic with this one easy step 👌👌👌
I know I've been a bit quiet, but there's been lots going on in the background!
The best update: thanks to a lovely friends recommendation, I have found an embroidery software that lets me design my own patterns!!! Of course, this means trying out some FnH embroidery 😁
There's lots of nearly complete commissions I am excited to share soon, plus back to empire in two weeks with more trinkets to sell ❤️
A slightly different craft project is underway in between my current commission jobs. I've been having a lot of fun "Knitting" some scale maille, though I definitely underestimated how many rings I would need!
Fourth empire creation: magicians robes
Made from The fabric of two saris, the robe is as flowy as you could ever want, and it's perfect for swanning about in warmer weather (hopefully next event 👀)
Third empire creation: my toasty and fancy over jacket ✨
The jacket is made from second hand curtain material and lined with a soft pink cotton. It also has a bonus hidden lining of a wool blend fabric, to keep me warm on the cold Anvil evenings 🧡
A quick bonus post in between posting all my new empire kit, just to say how awesome it was seeing so many of my creations out on the field at Anvil this past weekend ❤️
It's one thing thinking that the things I make go to a new loving home, but to actually see it in action was really cool. I'm very tempted to create some bigger items to sell in character for E2, so if anyone has any requests/recommendations, please let me know!
Second bit of empire kit:
A purple tunic, made from pure linen fabric with hand embroidery decoration!
Empire is upon us, time to share what I made...
First up, a versatile vest, perfect for layering ✨. Made from second hand material I have been holding onto for some time, this piece is my *core character item* that sticks around regardless of how often the other parts of the outfit change.
Completed commission!!!
Just in time for empire, this mammoth of a cloak is ready to take the field this weekend ⚔️
Made from 100% wool and lined with black cotton, this full circle cloak features armholes, a faux-fur trimmed top layer, and a cozy trimmed hood.
Good afternoon everyone, a bit of a fun announcement: I'm going to Empire next weekend! And as part of it, I'll be bringing along a few small things to try trading IC ❤️
So if you're interested in picking up an embroidered coin pouch or belt bag, keep an eye out for me in my brass-coast kit 💃
I have some very cool bits of kit I'll be sharing after the event, but for now I'm knuckling down with the last commissions ahead of Empire, and I look forward to sharing more with you soon!
Completed commission!
A beautiful half circle wool cloak, lined with black cotton and fastened with a gold clasp.
Another present project: a lightweight scout cloak.
Made from a single layer of wool-blend fabric, the cloak fastens over the left shoulder and has a handy armhole on the right. Perfect for layering!
Completed commission!
A set of 5 matching wool hoods, hand dyed to get the perfect matching colours!
I had so much fun with these, especially the dying process. It's super satisfying when the colour comes out exactly how you envisioned 💚🧡
Completed commission!
A nice combo of hand and machine embroidery was used to make this personalised magic hood.
The hood is made from grey wool fabric, and lined with a striking red cotton. It also features a little eyelet to secure a magic ribbon 🎗️
A little present ❤️
Just wanted to share a recently made present, and also my first attempt at using personalised embroidery on the new machine!
Completed commission!!!
