Last month, the team at CID Group pulled together in support of Andys Man Club - an amazing charity which aims to remove the stigma surrounding mental health and create a judgement-free, confidential space where men can be open about the storms in their lives through free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.

CID Group dedicated a week to wearing only black and white clothing in support of the charity ⚫⚪ and the team also bought many boxes of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts 🍩, allowing us to smash our target of £400 and raise a total of £570 for this great charity that is making a real difference to the lives of so many men throughout the UK!

From the 12th - 16th February, we challenged 4 teams to collectively walk 160,000 steps to raise money for the British Heart Foundation who fund life saving medical research to combat heart and circulatory diseases which affect millions of lives every year.

Together, we stepped into action and each team smashed their goal - walking 737,553 steps in total whilst raising money for this great cause!!
