Their tiny little fingers wrapped around yours, look like the most delicate things. But how sharp can those little nails be?! And absolutely terrifying to try and cut! I always used to make Tom do it because I was too scared of cutting Robyn’s finger 🫣

Happy Monday! Some cute sleepy shots for a lazy Monday morning.

I’m so happy that we can have a slow morning today. No packed lunch to make, no nagging Robyn to get dressed and brush her teeth. Not needing to be out of the house by a set time makes for a far more relaxed and enjoyable morning 😊

I can’t believe she has finished nursery and starts school in September! Where does the time go?! Capture as much as you can and remember to be in the photos too.

During the summer holidays I’ve kept shoots to a minimum with most of them being on evenings and weekends so I can spend this time with Robyn. I still have some availability for September so if you would like to get booked in I’d love to hear from you!

I’ve had lots of newborn shoots recently with siblings aged around 2 years old, and the truth is with siblings at this age you just never know how it’s going to go. They usually don’t want to sit still or be carried. They want to be independent and do their own thing which usually involves running up and down my studio and playing with my ‘Rocket’ aka baby shusher 😂
But I love the challenge of getting those sibling shots; that little kiss on the head or holding hands, those little fleeting moments are just so special to capture 🥰

The sun is shining, I’ve photographed a gorgeous newborn and I’m feeling very grateful that I get to do a job I love and never experience those Monday blues.

I just love outdoor maternity shoots. There is just something magical about capturing you beautifully in bloom within nature.

Had to share some more shots from this gorgeous shoot which was almost a month ago now! Time is just flying!
I also can’t believe that in just over two weeks it will be the summer holidays!
This means that I’ll be working a lot less while Robyn is off nursery and I’m not taking any more bookings during this time. I am taking bookings right up to the end of the year though which is filling up fast. I will also be changing my prices/packages slightly from September so if you want to get booked in at my current prices now is the time to get in touch!
